ABOUT MARIE CARASCO

Marie Carasco, Ph.D. is an executive coach, author, educator, and culture transformation strategist with expertise in leader identity development and leadership team effectiveness.

Known for her strength-based, solution focused and collaborative approaches to managing change, she brings a sense of calm and new perspectives that creates clarity, and increases awareness to define measures accountability towards a desired outcome.

Dr. Carasco is the founder and Chief Social Scientist of Talent en Floré LLC and has served as a trusted advisor, culture transformation consultant and leadership team effectiveness facilitator to corporate vice president (CVP) and executive vice president (EVP) level leadership teams in the tech, aerospace, engineering, oil and gas, government consulting and education sectors.

She is also a scholar-practitioner and thought-leader in the field of Organization Development (OD), a way to manage change through an inclusive process with a goal of culture transformation. Dr. Carasco has taught graduate-level courses at George Mason University, City University of New York - Brooklyn College, and Azusa Pacific University, and she was also a Practice Supervisor/Subject Matter Expert and mentor at Concordia University in Montréal, Quebec, Canada.

She is currently an HR executive in tech leading Organization Development, Culture & Diversity and a part-time faculty member in the Human Capital Management Department at New York University.
