I’m Dr. Marie Carasco, surreal to say as someone who grew up in Brooklyn before it was trendy. My journey wasn’t always clear—after letting go of my parents’ dreams for me, when I finished college I struggled to find work that truly inspired me. Then, everything changed. Coaching provided me with the clarity, accountability, and direction I needed to discover my purpose. That experience didn’t just change my career; it transformed my life.
Today, by the grace of God, I’m a thought leader and scholar-practitioner in the field of Organization Development (OD), specializing in leader development, culture transformation and managing change through inclusive processes. My career has spanned impactful leadership roles, including serving as Vice President of Organization Development, Culture & Diversity at GitHub (a Microsoft company), and Senior Director of Organization Development for Microsoft’s Cloud & AI, Strategic Missions, and Security divisions.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation, I bring the highest standards of coaching to my clients, helping them discover what’s possible and equipping them with the tools to achieve it. My approach includes using industry-leading assessments such as:
